The Indiana Convention Center is one of the Midwest’s largest and busiest event venues, hosting hundreds of conventions, trade shows, and events annually. MVGeneral provided general contracting services for a large-scale carpet replacement project that demanded precision scheduling and rapid execution.

Convention venues operate on fixed calendars — events are booked years in advance and cannot be moved. This means construction work must happen in the gaps between events, often with zero schedule flexibility. The carpet replacement spanned significant square footage across multiple event halls and corridors, requiring careful logistics and aggressive timelines.
